What is counselling like with me?

As a qualified therapist who is curious about the human condition, I aim to come alongside you, as you move through what feels difficult, or distressing for you, to inquire deeply what living with intention means to you.While I have a strong grasp of distinct counselling modalities, my preference is to be collaborative. My focus is to meet you where you are at, to learn what really matters to you. Together, we decide on how the counselling process will unfold.

Individual session: $120 per session
Couples session: $160 per session
Family session: $190 per session

Please note the cost of individual sessions are the same as the out of pocket fee for medicare rebate.
